Sapphire Wizard Fired Arts is a great place to hold your next birthday, team, school or scout event, bridal or baby shower, or even your own private party. We offer two in-studio party packages and field trip options.  We require advance booking for all parties and field trips.  Please, remember the glazing and firing process requires 1 - 2 weeks. Group Events can be arranged 3 ways:

• You can come to our studio (45 painters maximum). Our studio environment is Good Fun with Good Friends for a Good Price.

• We can come to you.  Field Trips require advance booking.  Book your field trip 3 to 4 weeks in advance (earlier around the holidays).  Short notice may incur an extra shipping charge.  Please have a dedicated area for this activity. We have tried sharing spaces with other activities and it does not work well. Please take into account set-up and clean-up time.  Contact us with your ideas or plans, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 

• You take the pieces and paints with you and create your masterpiece.  We will provide you with five paint colors and paint pallets. We charge a $50 deposit for the paint, 100% refunded when you return the paint and pallets. We ask that you return the paint in a couple of days, so that our next event will have access to them. You bring the completed pieces back to the studio and we'll glaze and fire the pieces in our kilns and have them ready for pick-up at the studio, usually with-in 1-2 weeks (may vary depending on the number of pieces).  Take everything home and create your masterpiece.

Food and drink: You’re welcome to bring your own food and drink or have it delivered.  The Pizza Factory delivers or may we suggest catering services of Cafe Girasole.

Pottery Pickup: The party/event host is responsible for picking up and distributing finished pieces with-in one week of event to their guests.
